Break Out Security Services (BOSS) was founded by former correctional officers who made a conscious decision to break out of a broken system — and build something stronger. What began inside prison walls, where discipline and vigilance were everyday survival, evolved into a mission-driven security company built on structure, loyalty, and elite performance.
But our story doesn’t stop there. We are proud to be veteran-owned, and many of our team members come from military and law enforcement backgrounds.
